Casa Cenote is an open-air, mostly crystal clear cenote separated from the ocean only by a small section of land. This means it shares tides and currents with the ocean and therefore your experience here will be highly dependant on the weather at the time.
Expect mangroves, fish, cormorants and apparently even crocodiles!
We got here via a Colectivo, and it dropped us off at the dirt road entrance which is about 2km from the cenote itself. Locals live along this road and happily give people rides up and down the road. We caught a lift back at the end of the day in the pouring rain!
Here is a video and some photos from the day.
