Fire Roasted Vegetables
Get out your brazier or locate a public wood stove, kick back and indulge in this hearty, healthy, zero waste meal.
You will need;
– Vegetables of choice (I used potato, mushrooms, sweet potato, garlic, corn on the cob and brown onion.)
– Aluminium foil
– Season veggies, wrap individually in foil and place in fire.
– Check frequently – mushrooms only take a few minutes whereas potatoes can take up to 30 minutes.
– Clean and recycle your foil!
